API-key privacy

Saved API keys stay only on this local user machine in the encrypted application configuration. A saved key is decrypted only in application memory when KnowYourReport needs to authenticate a live request directly with the selected AI provider; KnowYourReport does not upload or retain the key on its own server.

When AI analysis is requested, report content may be transmitted to the AI provider selected by the user. An optional patient-identification masking setting is available.

Get started

1. Download the Windows installer from the official GitHub Release.
2. Install KnowYourReport and create the initial administrator account.
3. Add an AI-provider API key and validate one or more models.
4. Upload a medical report, review extraction, run analysis and export the result.
5. To purchase, upgrade or extend a licence, send the Installation Code to andaspire@gmail.com.
